Aïcha Snoussi’s work tackles issues of deep-rooted narratives, authority, balances of power that shape history and social dynamics from a marginal perspective . She embraces drawing as a practice of proliferation, therefore occupying visual space-merging with installations made of sculptures and meticulously collected, engraved and assembled objects and organic materials. In her practice, crayons take the shape of a blade dissecting paper and concepts. She uses fiction to question memory, ruins, vestiges of the erased, gender norms and resistance. She digs within her mediums through an archeological approach pushing layers of an encyclopedia transformed into an anti- knowledge book or engraving bones in order to extract political content and singular languages.

Anhar Salem is a multidisciplinary artist with a multi-ethnic background (Yemeni and Indonesian).

Self-taught, Salem studied Information Technology at the Arab Open University in Jeddah, completed a postgraduate degree at Le Fresnoy – Studio national des arts contemporains in Tourcoing. Her artistic practice explores, documents and reveals private spaces to the public realm through themes of everyday life, the body, and social media. Working primarily with video, Salem draws an emphasis on new forms of communication that critique video as a medium. She often improvises with her iPhone camera, working collaboratively with subjects and characters to foreground processes around the marginalization of people and their images.

Selected exhibitions, festivals and screenings : The Future is Unmanned, La Haed, Switzerland (2024);Tampere Film Festival (Finland, 2022); Cité internaronale des art (Paris, 2023).

Louis-Cyprien Rials has traveled through and lived in conflict zones, radioactive areas and forbidden zones. Born in Paris in 1981 and now living and working in Baghdad, Rials uses video, photography and sculptural installations to paint a silent, sometimes mystical picture of these areas scarred by violence. His moving pictures, made up of still shots that are often long and devoid of human presence, tell of the impossibility of capturing these abandoned and transformed spaces, imbued with beliefs and riddled with stigmata.

(b. 1995, France). Lives and works between Lausanne and Paris.

Combining visual vocabulary of technology with organic matter and processes, Salomé Chatriot creates physical and virtual spaces that explore the intimate relationship between man and machine. The artist’s digital images, installations and sculptures evoke a sense of harmony, in disagreement with techno-negative sentiment. Instead, Chatriot’s practice allows for space of coexistence, where organic flows, such as breathing and fluid circulation, are intertwined with the digital realm, revealing unexpected similarities between the human body and new technologies.

Salomé Chatriot has exhibited internationally, with selected group exhibitions including Palais de Tokyo (Paris), The Shed (United States), Centre d’art Contemporain de Geneve, (Geneva), New Galerie (Paris) and TTBC (Copenhagen). The work of Salomé Chatriot has been, among others, reviewed in Purple Magazine, Galerie Magazine, Clot Magazine, NONFICTION 02 and Coeval Magazine.

By deploying monumental relics, commemorative infrastructure and architectonic interventions, Zuzanna Czebatul questions how political ideology produces an aesthetics of power and how it can be altered. Her sculptural work takes the form of columns, obelisks, tapistry, archeological remnants and other architectural displays that undo, twist or renegotiate the values they traditionally harness. “Building up to better break down,” is the motto under which she remodels the aesthetics of power into a powerful aesthetic that sparks a transformative potential for a coming society.
